Processing time

Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed so you may expect a shipping confirmation email within that time frame! Be sure to check your junk/spam mail in case you can't find it. 

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed.

Delivery time

Once the order leaves our facility, you'll receive an email containing tracking information so that delivery can be tracked all the way to your home. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to update. 

International shipping rates vary based on location, package size, and speed. Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected.

Please note that if you choose to ship your order to multiple addresses, each individual order to a single address must be over S$60 for free shipping to apply.

Duties and taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, we  encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Chai Sunrise at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

How do I track my order?

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Can I ship a single order to multiple addresses?

Yes, you can ship a single order to multiple addresses. We love making your gifting experience special for your loved ones. 

Can I have my order delivered to a P.O. Box?

Chai Sunrise will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

Can I have my order delivered to a Military Address?

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

My package is lost

If your package is lost in transit, please contact Chai Sunrise support immediately at After an order has been delivered to the order address, we are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective or you have received the wrong item.
